ReSeC is short for Reflexive Self-Consciousness, the formula developed by Eugene Halliday in the 20th Century, which when applied releases Consciousness from identification with objects, forms, emotional states, impulses to action, all egoic and mechanical activity and reactivity of body and mind. In Reflexive Self-Consciousness, Consciousness is free in its own essence.
Where Consciousness is identified with its content it is conditioned by the law governing that content and is un-free. To be unconditioned is to be free. Awareness of awareness is free. Consciousness of consciousness is consciousness conscious of itself. This is the key to resec and free self‑determination.
The basic rule for the attainment of ReSeC, resec, is: THE OBSERVER IS NOT THE OBSERVED.
